FAQ

Q: How does Open Kitchens Project handle Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies?

A: When an event attendee reserves their seats for upcoming events, we ask that any dietary restrictions/allergies be recorded alongside attendee and guest names. This allows us to alert the cook(s) before an upcoming event. The cook will then be informed. If for any reason there is not a way to make a certain traditional dish without the allergen or dietary restriction, we will alert the attendee who created the reservation with as much advanced notice as possible. This Open Kitchens Project policy is the equivalent of the Massachusetts regulation - "Before placing your order, please inform your server if a person in your party has a food allergy."

Q: I bought a Subscription Plan. How do event roll-overs work?

A: If you have paid for one or more event tickets each month under a subscription plan, but have not used them by the end of that month, you are entitled to use them the subsequent month. Unused events will be rolled over for up to three months after initial purchase. After three months from the date of purchase, the event ticket will expire. As a reminder, you may always gift event tickets to friends or another person.
