Security

Your online payment security is extremely important to us. For this reason, we are using Squarespace’s payment processing for tickets and subscriptions. The following is the Squarespace payment security message from their website — “PCI-DSS compliance is a security standard for companies and organizations that handle payment information from consumers. Both of Squarespace’s payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, are PCI compliant. PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) is a framework for developing a robust payment card data security process—including prevention, detection and appropriate reaction to security incidents. To learn more, visit the PCI Council’s website.”

Refunds

A ‘Join One Event’ ticket is refundable if you cancel up to one week prior to an event.

Your subscription can be cancelled at anytime without penalty and will take effect at the end of that current billing cycle.

Unused event tickets from a subscription plan will be rolled over for up to three months.

Event packages are not refundable after you’ve attended your first event.
